نحن الموقعين أدناه،

  بالرغم من قناعتنا الكاملة بأن الشعب الفلسطيني أثبت بما لا يدع مجالاً للشك، تمسّكه بأرضه وبهويّته العربية، من خلال نضاله الممتد منذ الهجرات الصهيونية الأولى - وهو الموقف الذي دفع من أجله الدماء الزكية في ثوراته المتعاقبة منذ بداية القرن الماضي مروراًُ بثورته المعاصرة المنطلقة من أواسط ستينيات القرن الماضي والانتفاضتين الشعبيتين.
  نعود اليوم لتأكيد حق الشعب الفلسطيني في العودة والتوحّد فوق أرضه من خلال إقامة الدولة الديمقراطية على كامل أرض فلسطين التاريخية، دون اعتبار لجنس أو عرق أو دين مواطني هذه الدولة.
  ولذلك نعلن رفضنا لأية محاولة للتخلي عن الحقوق الوطنية الفلسطينية ومنها حق العودة، من أي طرف سياسي عربي أو فلسطيني وتحت أي عناوين كانت، باعتبارها سعيًا ينافي إرادة الشعب الفلسطيني التي عبّر عنها بكل الوسائل المتاحة.

We, the undersigned, ** Though we believe the Palestinian people has proved unmistakably his unbreakable attachment to his Arab land and identity, through his continuous struggle since the very first Zionist immigrations, in his sons had sacrificed their lives in successive revolutions, since the beginnings of the last century, through their contemporary revolution that has sparked in the mid 1960s, and the two Intifadas. ** We reaffirm the right of the Palestinian people to Return to Palestine . This demand for Return is manifested in the determination of the dispersed Palestinian people to reunify on their land, in a Democratic State that would encompass equal citizens over all of historic Palestine , irrespective of their race, ethnic, and/or religious affiliations. ** Therefore, we reject all attempts by Palestinian and/or Arab parties, regardless of their status and standing, to surrender our people’s national rights, including the Right of Return. Any such attempt would go against the will of the Palestinian people, which they continue to express in every possible way.
